In 2019, Cristal Controls Ltd. purchased the Gentec Kameleon line of lighting control products. Cristal Controls is now one of the largest manufacturers of lighting control products in Canada. Cristal is a Canadian manufacturer of long-lasting, reliable energy solutions since 1994. Based in Quebec City, Cristal Controls manufactures customized products in the state-of-the-art electronics, SCR, and energy management sectors. Arclight stocks and ships Gentec lighting control products from Toronto, and Milton, Ontario, including low voltage lighting control systems, relay panels, dimming systems, occupancy sensors, daylight controls, photocells, power packs, digital switches, low voltage switches, BACnet lighting controls, and LONWorks Echelon lighting controls.
Our Gentec Kameleon product line is a well established market leader, with many hundreds of system installations supplied and commissioned by Arclight Controls across Ontario.
Shipping
All orders will be charged to the Purchaser’s credit card in Canadian Dollars at the time of order. All taxes and shipping charges are extra as detailed, and are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
In stock orders will usually be shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are shipped via regular ground service, Purolator or Canada Post, with a signed proof of delivery only.
Arclight Controls does not ship outside Canada.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled the same business day they are placed only. Orders must be cancelled by contacting us by email: info@arclightcontrols.com

We will answer all order status inquiries within 48 hours, Monday to Friday only.
Return Policy
Return Authorizations must be requested within 15 days of the order shipping date by emailing us: info@arclightcontrols.com
Returns Authorizations will not be issued after 15 days of the order shipping date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
